1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses through the STUDIØ MUTØ online shop.

Any differing terms from the customer will not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

STUDIØ MUTØ

Memellandstraße 31, 51688 Wipperfürth, Germany

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order.

By clicking “Buy Now,” you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order via order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 3–5 business days after payment receipt.

Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation.

Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon delivery of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Details are set out in our Withdrawal Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of STUDIØ MUTØ until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights apply.
  • We are fully liable for intentional or grossly negligent acts, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
  • For minor negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage.

Premium Leather Note: Normal wear from trying on or inspecting leather goods is not considered a loss of value.

9. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy, available in the online shop.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of residence.

For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
