These Shipping Terms apply to all purchases made through the STUDIØ MUTØ online shop within the European Union.





1. Shipping Costs



  • Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.
  • Costs may vary depending on destination, weight, or shipping method.
  • No free shipping is currently offered.






2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times



  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after payment receipt.
  • Express or special shipping is currently not available.
  • Delivery times begin with the date of order confirmation, not the shipping date.
  • Delays due to force majeure, holidays, or unforeseen events may occur; we will inform customers in such cases.






3. Shipping Areas



  • We ship to Germany and EU countries only.
  • Deliveries to islands or remote areas may incur additional costs or longer delivery times.






4. Shipping Carriers and Packaging



  • Shipments are sent via recognized carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, Hermes).
  • Items are packaged carefully. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damages to both the shipping carrier and us within 24 hours.






5. Risk of Loss / Liability



  • For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical receipt of the goods.
  • Until delivery to the customer, we bear the risk of loss or damage during shipping.
  • For business customers, risk passes upon handover to the carrier.
  • In case of damaged or incomplete shipments, please contact us immediately.






6. Returns / Right of Withdrawal



  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU law.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Returns are only accepted in original condition and packaging. For leather products, we may refuse returns for used or worn items, except where legally required.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.



Note for Premium Leather Products: Normal inspection, such as trying on the product, is allowed. Excessive use beyond this may affect the refund or result in return refusal.





7. Miscellaneous



  • We reserve the right to update these Shipping Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
