1. Your Right to Cancel



You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquire possession of the goods.





2. How to Exercise Your Right



To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.





3. Consequences of Withdrawal



  • If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
  • We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.






4. Return of Goods



  • You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
  • The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period expires.
  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.






5. Reduction in Refund (if applicable)



  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  • For leather products, normal wear from trying on or inspecting the item is not considered a loss of value.






6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)



The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Goods sealed for hygiene or health reasons once opened
